About the event

Feeling scattered, tense, or emotionally drained? This workshop is your space to unwind and reconnect.

Join us for a playful, neuroscience-based experience that helps you move from overwhelm to regulation.

You’ll learn what happens in the brain and body during stress and how mindful movement, coordination and connection can help your system find balance again.

Through group exercises, focus games and embodied play, you’ll explore how the brain rewires for calm, clarity and connection using tools you can apply anytime life feels too much.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more focused and more in tune with yourself and others.

What You’ll Experience

  • Brain-body balance — train focus, coordination and adaptability through movement

  • Emotional regulation — learn how play and presence support your nervous system

  • Connection & flow — strengthen co-regulation, awareness and social attunement

  • Embodied mindfulness — feel grounded, centered and re-energized

Who It’s For

Anyone curious about improving mental clarity, emotional resilience, and connection whether you’re a parent, professional, or simply seeking more balance and ease. No prior experience needed.

What to Bring
