Women’s Nervous System & Resilience Coaching

Rooted in neuroscience, mindfulness & lived experience.

WELCOME

Hi, I’m Diana.
I’m a neuroscience-informed coach and cognitive fitness trainer.
I work with people who want to understand how they think, feel and respond under pressure, so they can act with more clarity, regulation and intention in everyday life.
Most people I work with are capable and self-aware, yet still notice automatic reactions, mental overload, or difficulty making decisions when it matters. Coaching provides an opportunity to slow down, notice patterns and reconnect
with your choices.

WHO I WORK WITH

People who function well on the outside, but rarely feel settled on the inside.

They often:

  • Push through stress instead of responding to it

  • Set high standards for themselves

  • Feel restless, tense, or mentally busy even when things are going well

My work helps them slow down without losing momentum, and build regulation instead of running on pressure.

Overachievers who feel constantly “on”

1

Mothers who love their children deeply, but feel overstimulated, reactive, or depleted.

They often say:

  • “I know better, but I still react”

  • “There’s no space for me anymore”

  • “I’m always holding everything together”

I support mothers in understanding their stress responses and finding more steadiness and choice in moments that feel intense.

Overwhelmed mothers

2

People who think their way through life: analysing, understanding, reflecting but still feel stuck.

They often:

  • Know why something happens, but can’t change it

  • Overthink decisions

  • Feel disconnected from their body or emotions

My work helps bridge the gap between understanding and integration, so insight turns into lived change.

People who intellectualise everything

3

People who feel stuck or frozen

People who feel caught, unable to move forward, but unable to rest.

They may:

  • Feel overwhelmed by choice

  • Avoid decisions because everything feels heavy

  • Stay in patterns they understand but can’t shift

I help create clarity and regulation first, so movement becomes possible again.
