About the event

This LEGO® Serious Play® workshop offers a structured, creative way to gain clarity and direction when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in overthinking.

Instead of analysing problems or talking about change, we work with the hands and the body. Through building, reflecting, and sharing, participants access insight in a way that goes beyond purely cognitive thinking.

The workshop is guided using a nervous system–informed facilitation, creating the conditions for focus, safety, and clarity. This allows new perspectives to emerge naturally, without pressure to perform or find the “right” answer.
