This Cognitive Fitness Workshop is a mental resilience experience that blends martial arts, neuroscience, and movement-based mindset training to help you stay calm, focused, and confident under pressure.
In this workshop, we will explore how martial arts principles can enhance both mental and physical resilience in everyday life. Using a structured model that applies martial arts as a mental well-being intervention, we will focus on four key life domains—discussing and practicing each in depth. Once these core elements are established, we will step back to reflect on how they can be personalized and integrated into daily routines to support long-term well-being.
