I’ve been reflecting on how "routine" my digital life has become. I found myself visiting the same sites and watching the same porn videos every Tuesday and Thursday night, almost like a scheduled task. It started to feel a bit mechanical, so I decided to break the pattern. I started using that time to explore new music or just go for a night walk with my partner instead. Now, when I do go online, it feels much more spontaneous and fun rather than just "part of the schedule." How do you guys keep your digital interests from becoming just another boring routine?

Just caught this while looking for the "Work-Life Balance" 2026 report data. It’s a very relatable point about how "algorithms" can accidentally turn our personal interests into a predictable loop. Breaking that cycle is vital for staying creative and engaged with the world. I’m mostly focused on the data side of things, but I really enjoy these "human" insights. It’s a good reminder to stay in the driver's seat of our own habits. Cheers!
